Not as advertised
Why is it that when a bottle of Aromessence Lavender Fine oil-serum arrives, it is not the same (amount) as in the advertised photographs?
Been great for me!
I've ordered from Decleor directly 4 times this year now and personally think they're great!
The free gifts with purchase are very generous and delivery has always been in the specified time-frame.
I also bought the advent calendar, and while there were a few sample sized products, there were also several high cost, full-sized items so it was well-worth the asking price.
I've just ordered from them again so I'm defintiely a happy customer!
Dreadful Advent Calendar
I bought the Decleor Advent calendar, have done so in previous years. I am disgusted that they put samples on products behind some of the doors! What a waste of my money. It makes me feel that this company is no longer reputable and puts into doubt their other products.

Avoid!
I was sent a used item that had a ‘Tester’ label on. I wouldn’t want a ‘Tester’ item at the best of times, least of all during Covid. Unhygienic. I have asked for a refund 5 times now, each time I am met with a generic response of how it will be referred to the relevant team and someone will get back to me, no one ever gets back. They take your money and ignore you. Shocking customer service, I will never spend my money with Decleor ever again. I recommend everyone to avoid this company.

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service; do not order products from them. They refused to let me cancel the order literally hours after I placed it. (No other company I have ordered online from operates on this basis) Their - pointless - suggestion was to ‘refuse delivery’. I have spent nearly £9 on postage to return the parcel but cannot get my refund despite sending proof of postage etc., They just send generic pre-scripted platitudes to all my enquiries.

I have to agree with other reviews
I have to agree with other reviews. The quality in the Decleor product has gone. I have been using the 1000 grain scrub for years and i bought two new tubes of it two weeks ago. The lack of smell, the fact that it doesnt turn to oil or emulsion anymore, the whole product is far inferior. I wish id read these reviews before purchasing. It strikes me that theyve cut back on quality and it really shows

New to Decléor, super excited to try!
Just received my order within the time frame 3-5 days through royal mail. Really pleased with the fast delivery. Products arrived in a white cardboard box stuffed with brown paper on top. Which I was expecting something a little bit more upmarket considering the cost of the products. I ordered 5 products to begin a new skin routine and also received 2 samples of choice and a free lavender gift set. They all smell and feel absolutely devine. I will review them individually after proper use.

I so miss Decleor
I so miss Decleor! Since it changed hands, to put it politely, it is rubbish. Products discontinued. Products changed. Feel on skin is awful and the lovely results that were so different to other products has gone.
My purchases have dwindled to virtually none now as I can find nothing worth having. It's so, so sad.

I have used decleor for a number of years and absolutely love everything I’ve ever tried. I recently purchased their new 60 night recovery capsules and I am amazed with how good my skin has looked since I started using them 2 weeks ago I thought it right to leave a review. Thanks again decleor, never failing to amaze me when you bring out something new. I’ve even got all my friends on it now.

Should have read the other reviews here before placing an order! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Took 3 weeks to get the products and as I didn’t need it anymore I rejected the package by the DPD driver.
It’s been 6 weeks, over 20 emails, many phone calls and they haven’t refunded me yet although they confirmed return at warehouse.
Decleor customer care and online experience is the worse I’ve ever experienced and L’Oréal should be ashamed of the poor level of service.
Give me my money back!!
Terrible customer service
Ordered via the website. Company failed to fulfil the order and did not contact me to tell me....it took me calling them to find out it had been cancelled. Waited on the phone for over an hour and was told I would be emailed back. Did not happen. Shocking customer service. Don’t bother ordering with them.
And over a month later, contacting the company several times and still no resolution! Hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with.

The company is absolutely useless
This company is absolutely useless. They haven’t got any idea in regards to customer service and they don’t know how to despatch your goods. They know how to take your money though.
Ordered goods in November and still waiting for the goods.
Do yourselves a favour and use a professional company not this bunch of amateurs

Terrible customer service
Had two separate orders cancelled with no communication, sent 4 emails with no reply and when I try to speak to a customer service representative I get nothing via the website. This company has no idea what customer service is and I will never order from them again.

I don’t normally write reviews but really felt I had to in this instance. Absolutely awful customer service from Decleor. I had an eye cream and the gold laminate kept coming off the lid every time I used the product I got gold stuff around my eyes. Several emails I sent to try and resolve this. No apology and dreadful treatment. In the end I gave up trying. So stopped using the eye cream altogether. Very disappointed. Shame on you Decleor.

I have used Decleor for over 10 years
I have used Decleor for over 10 years; unfortunately the recent changes with the company have trickled down to the products, and the latest pot of Cocoon face cream is absolutely horrible.
Smells of nothing, very thick and feels greasy.
Will now be looking to change to another company for my face cleansing/moisturizing products.
